This usually makes that categorization of hard illegal copies of files easier.

1. Select Tools in the menu bar option.

two. Select Options.

3. After the Options dialog box becomes visible, select the Printing tab.

4. Following Include with document, introduce a tick beside Document properties.

5. Select OK.

Monitors with high resolution (1024×768 the least), will allow you to help preview multiple pages simultaneously with Microsoft Word 2003. This minimizes the time spent in the proofreading approach, in addition to giving a perception of the documentations’ flow from one page to the next. This can be accomplished by opening a report to preview, clicking relating to the file menu bar, and selecting select print preview. The Multiple pages button is a green square that provides four smaller white squares on the inside, this is located as a result of selecting the left zoom pull-down option. The option of selecting your desired amount to view simultaneously, whether horizontally or vertically is in addition available.
